Nice clean hotel in a rough patch of downtown. But it never looked threatening. There's city buses right outside the hotel and fair eating options nearby. Of course the LA Convention Center, Nokia Theatre and Staples Center are within a 10 min walk - if you feel adventurous. Great staff, can't complain!

Convenient to Amtrak station and available for late check-in.

The value for money at Rodeway was great, and the room was comfortable and clean. The location was perfect for attending events at the Staples Center, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

The rooms at this hotel were very spacious and had everything we needed, including a microwave, refrigerator, and coffee pot. It was great to have these amenities available right in our room. the location of the hotel was convenient, with the LA Convention Centre just a short distance away. This made it easy for us to attend our event without having to worry about long commutes. The hotel was also close to other shops, fast food restaurants, and pharmacies, making it convenient for any additional needs we had during our stay.

One downside of this hotel was its location in a rundown area. We didn't feel completely safe and had to rely on Uber for transportation to nearby attractions, which ended up being quite costly.

Fairly clean hotel, facilities are clean, and the location is great and convenient right near the convention centre. The staff are welcoming and courteous. The room is fairly quiet and equipped with a microwave, a fridge, coffee and tea making equipment. We do recommend the venue and staff.
